3. SMS AND MOBILE COMMUNICATION PROTOCOLS
By providing your mobile number and opting into our communications, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from The SBO Protocol regarding your market diagnostics, exclusivity status, and appointment reminders.

The SBO Protocol operates on a strict Zero-Sum Exclusivity model. We clear only one partner per industry, per geographic territory. "Reservation" of a keyword string is only finalized upon receipt of the Market Integration Deposit and the execution of a formal Service Agreement.
5. PERFORMANCE AND GUARANTEES
All "100-Click Minimum Requirements" are subject to the terms of the specific Service Agreement executed between the parties. We bill based on Acquisition Velocity (delivered high-intent traffic).
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including the "Ancient Sword" logo, the SBO Protocol methodology, and the "Market Displacement" frameworks, are the intellectual property of our Media Network. Unauthorized reproduction or "reverse engineering" of our proprietary search box strategies is strictly prohibited.
